Juan, Greetings.

I will be briefly in Santiago Thursday,21 February. I arrive that morning and leave early the next morning to fish south of Puerto Montt. I am at the W Hotel for that one night and want to visit Patti.

What will be the best time for a short visit with her Thursday, 21 February between  1  And 5 pm. No meals please, I just want to see her before I go South. 

All my car needs in Santiago have been arranged by Frontiers,but I will need a car to visit your Mother and to take me back to the hotel on 21 February.
